Customers have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return.

• For refunds or exchanges, contact us to initiate the process and receive a product return address.
• Items mailed to Wingapo Shop without prior approval will not be accepted.
• We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return.
• If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us.
• For exchanges, customers must return the original item to the address provided and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

• Kindly inspect all items in your order upon delivery.
• Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
• Returned item(s) must be in the same condition as received.
• Must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Some items are non-returnable, such as:

• Sale items and gift cards.

• If shipping to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. 
• Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
